Meal Plan Week #12 or Leftover Recipe Week
Sunday: Bike Shop
Monday: Frozen pizza/go to the grocery store
Tuesday: Irish Colcannon and Thyme Leaf Soup
This was just not good. (Yes, it looks better than it tasted, which ain't saying much!) While it was not awful, but it was pretty bland. Enough said.
Wednesday: Slow-Cooker Green Chile Pork Enchiladas (using leftover pork mixture from last week, which we froze)
We stand by what we had to say about these the last time we made them. Yummy.
Thursday: Pasta with Prosciutto and Spinach Ate out
Friday: Herb Sauce Pizza Bagels Ate out
Saturday (breakfast): Biscuits and bacon
Saturday (dinner): Date night in HopsFest (will let A. explain later in the week)
Pick of the week:
A: Pasta
T: Irish soup
Even though we didn't make the dish A. voted for last week, she wins by default--yep, the Irish soup was THAT bad.
One bright spot of note, however, is that this past week (like A. has been doing for months) I started to eat raw veggies and fruit for lunch... may take some getting use to, but they aren't half bad...
Meal Plan Week #13

* The back story behind this one . . . it's a replication of a dish from this place in Austin!
